Chicken Burritos


Chicken, cilantro, lime, rice and your favorite toppings all wrapped in a warm tortilla. You can use leftover chicken or turkey in this recipe, if you'd like!

PREP TIME: No Prep Time
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

2 cups precooked Chicken Strips
8 oz. Rice
Juice of one Lime
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
8 Tortillas
Sea Salt to taste

Some additional toppings:
Lettuce, tomatoes, Beans, red onions, guacamole - anything you choose what you want to add.

Directions

	Chicken: Thaw chicken and reheat at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or microwave for approx. 4-5 minutes. Or: SKIP A STEP and use leftover cooked chicken or turkey.

	Rice: Prepare the rice as directed on the package. Pour the rice in a medium mixing bowl and combine with the juice of one lime and chopped cilantro. Add sea salt to taste.

	Step 3: Warm the tortillas in the microwave for approximately 15-30 seconds. Add the rice and chicken to the tortilla and top with your favorite burrito toppings.
